Illinois Mutual's Annual Meeting is held at its Home Office, 300 S.W. Adams Street, Peoria, Illinois, on the third Tuesday of July each year beginning at 10 a.m. CST.

The purpose of this meeting, as a mutual legal reserve life insurance company incorporated in the State of Illinois, is for the policyowners of the Company to elect the Directors who, in turn, elect the officers who manage the affairs of the Company. Policyowners cast their votes in person or by proxy.
