Survey Says: Agents Highly Satisfied With Illinois Mutual

Illinois Mutual earned praise in its most recent Agent Loyalty Survey, which measured agents' overall satisfaction, their satisfaction with service departments, and agent loyalty to Illinois Mutual.
The survey was completed by more than 1,500 agents. More than 80% of those who responded are likely to recommend Illinois Mutual products to their clients and other prospective customers, indicating a high level of loyalty to the Company.
“These are outstanding results that demonstrate the power of Illinois Mutual’s unique position in the marketplace and the high level of service and expertise our employees are providing to agents every day,” said Katie McCord Jenkins, President. “Agents are choosing to sell life insurance and DI insurance with us every day because of these results.”
Specific highlights reveal agents’ strong satisfaction with core customer service components such as accessibility, helpfulness, friendliness, and knowledge:
- 91% of respondents rated our underwriting department’s accessibility as either good or very good;
- 93% of respondents rated our policy service department’s helpfulness and knowledge as either good or very good;
- 95% of the agents rated the friendliness and courtesy of the internal sales teams as either good or very good.
“The survey serves as a reminder of what it takes to earn agents business,” said Chris Connor, Vice President of Underwriting, “and it was great to see acknowledgement of our commitment to superior products and services.”
