Why Does My Premium Coupon Look Different?

You may have noticed that your premium coupon has changed and includes a different address than usual for premium payments. This is a result of an enhancement we’ve made to our premium processing methods that now include lockbox banking.

The new procedure is a more efficient way of processing checks we receive on a daily basis. Because of this increased efficiency, please note that your premium checks will likely clear more quickly than they have in the past.
