Customer Experience Enhanced with Quicker Wellness Benefit Claims Process—No More Invoices!

Illinois Mutual is continually looking for ways to improve our customers’ experience. This holds true with our recent update to the Wellness Benefit Claim Form for our Worksite product line.

Our Wellness Benefit process is now even more streamlined - no more copies of bills or invoices required before we pay the benefit!  Just submit the revised Wellness Benefit Claim Form (BD169).

The revised Wellness Benefit Claim Form (BD169) makes things easier for you. Previously, Illinois Mutual required the Wellness Benefit Claim Form to be submitted along with copies of bills or invoices showing exactly what test was completed. Now with this exciting update, we no longer require bills or additional documentation - simply submit the new claim form. 

The new Wellness Benefit Claims Process significantly increases our policyowners’ ability to receive Wellness Benefits promptly without the extra burden of copying bills or invoices!
