Alabama Hurricane Disaster Areas

Our hearts go out to all of those impacted by Hurricane Sally in Alabama, including our own Illinois Mutual policyowners and agents who have suffered due to this event. As a company dedicated to giving back to others, we are extending our service offerings to help those affected by this hurricane.

Effective immediately, the following actions are applicable until 11-15-2020 for all affected policyowners in the state of Alabama due to this hurricane.

  • Extensions on payment of premium. Policyowners in the affected areas of Alabama may defer premium payments that come due, interest free, until 11-15-2020. Any cancellation or lapse notices you receive may be ignored if the lapse or cancellation date is prior to 11-15-2020. Premium should be paid by 11-15-2020.
  • Extensions on other time limits. Illinois Mutual is extending the time periods for taking other actions that have time limits, such as the submission of a claim, proof of loss or other information, up to and including 11-15-2020.

Oregon Wildfire State of Emergency

Our hearts go out to all of those impacted by wildfires in the state of Oregon, including our own Illinois Mutual policyowners and agents who have suffered due to this event. As a company dedicated to giving back to others, we are extending our service offerings to help those affected by these wildfires.

Effective immediately, the following actions are applicable until 10-17-2020 for all affected policyowners in the counties and zip codes listed below, and any other counties or zip codes that subsequently declare an emergency due to dangerous and damaging conditions resulting from severe wildfires in the state of Oregon.

  • Extensions on payment of premium. Policyowners in affected areas may defer premium payments that come due, interest free, until 10-17-2020. Any cancellation or lapse notices you receive may be ignored if the lapse or cancellation date is prior to 10-17-2020. Premium should be paid by 10-17-2020.
  • Extensions on other time limits. Illinois Mutual is extending the time periods for taking other actions that have time limits, such as the submission of a claim, proof of loss or other information, up to and including 10-17-2020.
  • Affected policyowners are invited to call (800) 380-6688 with any questions or concerns.

  • Extensions on payment of premium. Policyowners in the affected areas of Louisiana may defer premium payments that come due, interest free, until 10-24-20. Any cancellation or lapse notices you receive may be ignored if the lapse or cancellation date is prior to 10-24-20.
