Agent Portal Enhancements

Learn more about the Agent Portal enhancements we’ve made and how they can make doing business with us easier.

Our Agent Portal is undergoing some major changes over the upcoming months to make your selling experience with us as easy and rewarding as possible. This quick video will walk you through some recent enhancements we've made so you can get a better idea of what to look for to help you conduct your business effectively and efficiently.

Upon login to the Agent Portal, you may receive a pop up of any important announcements we don't want you to miss. You can easily navigate our site by using the menu on the left side of the screen. Tabs with multiple submenu options noted by the arrow to the right can be collapsed or expanded by clicking the arrow. We've included an announcement section at the top of the page so you can stay up to date with all current happenings at Illinois Mutual. Please be sure to check this section often. You can utilize quick links to quickly navigate to common areas of the site that might interest you, including eApps and the Resource Library.

Did you know, we even have a Secure Message Center where you can send us secure messages? Check back frequently for upcoming events such as webinars and lunch and learns and get registered. If you would like to view dashboard information for a different agent or agent code, select the agent code from the dropdown menu. If you want to see a snapshot of production from multiple agents at once, press the select multiple agents option just below the dropdown menu and choose the agents from the list.

If you have any applications where you or your client need to take action in order for our underwriting department to proceed with the case, you will see this here. Additionally, policies that are at risk of lapsing will display on the right side of this box. For each product line, you will find a tile on screen to help you manage your business. This section under the product line to the left will allow you to see your total paid sales production by current quarter and year-to-date. You can also see the number of applications that we have received from you, pending application counts, the number of policies issued and paid and the number of declined policies.

These figures under the "Application Status" section display year-to-date numbers. The "Sales Touch Points" section is also collapsible as indicated by the arrow. Here, you can easily get to a list of your clients who may need attention due to a lapsed policy, a cross-sell opportunity, upcoming lapses, policy anniversaries or upcoming birthdays—all great reasons to reach out to your clients.

If you click on any of the items that I've pointed out here, you'll be directed to the "My Production" page to find a filtered list of policyowners that fit the criteria for the status on the dashboard. As you scroll to the bottom of the page, you'll find contact information for our sales department. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at any time we can be of assistance to you in your next sale.
