2024 Sea Island Leaders’ Getaway Recap

Good evening, everyone: 2023 leaders for Illinois Mutual. The Cloister is a beautiful resort. We're happy that we could support this week as an incentive for the greatest producers of life insurance, disability insurance and worksite insurance in America. Let's celebrate. Let's have a great time the next couple days everyone.

This is outstanding. Getting an opportunity to meet other individuals in the same business that we're in, but also exchange ideas. That helps us and grows our practice.

It's just been really good experience, from the golf outings to pickleball to all the other things that we've had a chance to be involved with.

This week I've had a wonderful time because I've had an opportunity to meet each of you, spend time with you. Our’s is a family business. We see our policyowners, our agents and employees as family. Individuals connected by a passion for helping others. But it's about people, it's about experience. My aim for all of you this week is to experience who we are as an organization.

We want to be the company that is always there with that human touch. It is an exciting time to be a part of Illinois Mutual and we are thrilled, thrilled to have you. And so here we go, another year ahead and on to Broadmoor next year. Right? Yes.
