Agent Portal Enhancements
We have been continuing to perform enhancements to our Agent Portal to make your selling experience with us as easy and rewarding as possible. This quick video will walk you through some recent enhancements we've made to the My Production page, so you can get a better idea of what to look for to help you conduct your business effectively and efficiently.
At the top of the My Production page, we have added the convenience of a quick search option at the top of the screen for a one click option for common searches. You can utilize the basic search feature to quickly search a client's policy, or choose the show “Advanced” option to choose from a variety of additional search criteria.
You can save your search criteria to perform common searches again in the future. Click on any policy in the list to view additional details. Sort your list based on the data point that serves you best. You can also export your list as a CSV or Excel file for further analysis.
